Hazelden's St. Paul, Minnesota facility, also known as Fellowship Club, was established in 1953 and provides residential and outpatient care for men and women, ages 18 and over.  Besides all that, it's also one HELL of a cool building.  Stewart Street.

LOVE this sign!

I pass by here all the time but never knew what it was, just knew I loved the funky and creative sign.  Turns out it's Thinair Construction.  They don't have a working website yet so that's all I was able to find out.  All I know is I love seeing the doors all flung open and people working with their hands.  Pretty cool looking building.  Jefferson and Toronto

On my way to Roller Derby the other night, I passed the stage door for The Ordway.  Guess who's in town?  Just off 5th street in downtown.

There I was, minding my own business, having a beer and a bite before a Roller Derby bout when all of the sudden, there was quite the commotion.  A crowd drew very quickly and people had their cameras/phones out taking pictures and posing with.....The Stanley Cup.  Ok, I get that there's only one in the world and that I do live in Hockey Heaven, but really?  A two cop escort and all that fuss for a trophy?  Huh.  Who knew?
