Costello's
One of the last places standing you can still light up after the smoking ban laws went into effect. Notice the big ciggie on the side of the building. Smoke 'em if you got 'em.
Well, this is a first. An American Association has stopped by Picture St. Paul. I don't know if I should feel flattered, or deeply disturbed at how fast "the man" found me. Hmmmm. I've some pondering to do.

I wouldn't suggest it. Costello's was already found to be in violation of the Minnesota Clean Indoor Air Act during a Pioneer Press investigation.
If Costello's or any Saint Paul bar allows smoking, they (the bar) get fined.
