There aren't many Jewish deli's in St. Paul. In fact, Cecil's is the only one I know of. It's no Chompies (the Jewish deli I LOVED when I lived in Phoenix) but it's not bad.
Cecil's is great! I believe it's now 3rd generation and is just down the street from my home. I've been going there for years. Occasionally eat there, too. Great interior shot. Now why didn't I think of that!! PS. Their bread is wonderful!!
