Look up to the dormer windows and see the blue umbrella that is closed? There is a little patio up there with a table, chairs and umbrella. What a fun place to have a cocktail at sunset!
You guess correctly Curly. Just having a Summit Avenue address will tack on a few extra hundred thou onto a home. These are all in the millions. Too rich for my blood, but I'm glad I get to walk by and look at them.
