Did you go on a short holiday? Say, Carol (www.stpauldailyphoto.blogspot.com) says there were spaghetti-and-meatballs-on-sticks at the State Fair - did you happen to catch that one by any chance? How on earth did they ... solidify it? Have you ever eaten one? It sounds like the type of food one would eat only at the State Fair.
I went to Chicago on business for a few days. Yes, I did see the spaghetti and meatballs on a stick but no, I did not try it. I believe they skewer the meatballs which have noodles already in them and then batter and deep fry the whole shebang, but I could be wrong. It's on my list of things to try for next year. I'll let ya know.
