I'm sure I have walked down this street before, but I never noticed these concrete heads jutting out of the building before. Interesting little touch although I wish I knew more about the building and why the heads are there.
Look up the "Germania Life Insurance Building" on the Minnesota Historical Society website. Those faces are on the 4th street side of Kellogg Square, and I think they were salvaged from that building (or some other one that was on that site).
